Ask HN: How Do We Build a New Economy?

Like many of you I have been dismayed by the over abundance of technology and the lack of overall societal good it has done in our current economy.

We have bought into the lie that is the gig economy. And while many of us within the tech industry are still safe during this grave economic crisis we can’t help but look at the news and see the amount of joblessness and suffering in the world.

How can we use technology to make a new economy where more share in the rewards and how can we break the cycle of having a small wealthy minority control the masses while keeping incentives to build and to prosper?
