What analytics tools do you recommend for a SaaS Web App?

Post-launch we're focused on:

* User interaction within the funnel [1] * Heat-mapping user interaction within the app * Revenue per page / keyword (paid and organic)

We're launching with Crazyegg and Google Analytics, but I'd love a better perspective on the tools you use and recommend.
