Ask HN: Example Application of Constructal Law of Thermodynamics?

Does anyone know if there's a paper out there that demonstrates the application of Constructal law in machine design? I see a lot of qualitative discussion by the author of the law himself (Dr. Bejan), but it's very vague and I can't find a good quantitative analysis to empirically demonstrate the law in action.

I just want to understand the principle so I can try to apply it to my system design.
