Stories gathers everything that happens regarding a user on a timeline

Hey folks,

We have a SaaS that is running pretty well for a couple of years, but we always felt blind when it came to our users. Out of frustration, we developed our own tool that gathers everything that happens regarding a user on a timeline.

It allows us to visualize the journey of a user, by showing us all the actions taken for or by a user; both across our product and the different tools we use.

Few friends asked me if they could try it for their own startups a few weeks ago. We gave them access and they really loved it. So we thought we should make it available for everyone and run it as a side project. We called it Stories (www.getstories.io).

What do you do to have a clear understanding of what is going on with your users? Please let me know
