Ask HN: What VC Incubators Use Flutter?

okay, the premise. Flutter on mobile saves 66% of dev time. My fast cal indicates that if a Vc spends 800k on 5 he or she can dev 10 good ventures by sharing the dev team across all 10 and come out reasonably well at 80k dev of prototype per venture.

So I am wondering how many have clued-in to this. I know of one or two recently listed on angellist.
