Where do you keep your mailing addresses?

There are many places you keep your contacts (e.g. Outlook, your mobile phone, Gmail/Yahoo/...), and there are many tools to keep them in sync. Where do you keep the information about mailing addresses of those contacts? And how do you keep the information up to date?
