Ask HN: What certifications for a self taught developer?

I am an non-CS engineer who wants to transition into a developer job. I am aware that certifications play a small (if any) role in a candidate chances, but I want to cover all my angles. Since I would like a position more oriented to the backend in Elixir/Ruby, certifications related to that area would be more relevant. But I am willing to hear all ideas. Ideally it would be best if the certification could be: 1) Free or not that expensive. 2) Can be taken online or worldwide. 3)Have some recognition. As now I have my focus is on 2 , the AWS practitioner cert, and the EDB PSQL associate cert. Any of you have taken them?
