Ask HN: Where do you find good tech talks?

I've noticed that there are a lot of great talks recorded on Blip.TV, but I can't seem to find anything decent through their search :-/

I used to watch almost every Google Tech Talk, but they seem to have stopped posting them as often, and the subjects are also less intriguing.
