Ask HN: Non-web collaborators?

It seems that there is a very strong emphasis on web-startups among the HN community. While I very much value the discussion on HN, I am simply not that interested in web programming for its own sake.

Anyways, I am a math graduate student and I'd be happy to collaborate with anyone who needs a person with a strong quantitative background.
