Ask HN: Found a firm interested in Parntership, next step?

I recently contacted a local web development firm in Hong Kong, which is where I'm located. The showed some interest and asked my to send them some wireframes to portray my idea, I told them straight up I was a 16 year old student, and sent them my wireframes. Still waiting for an reply. What should I do so that I can persuade them to partner with me, I really need a good web programmer/designer for this project, and also are there anything I should look out for if there's a contract?
