What products fall under the “nobody gets fired for buying xxx” category?

In another thread [1], I put forward that Intel cpus would fall under this and lead to less adoption of EPYC. I got some dissent, understandably, that x86 is a commodity as far as purchases go.

What does qualify under this banner? What came to my mind, besides Intel cpus, was:

Cisco networking gear (APs, switches, firewalls) Dell Servers Microsoft Exchange email

Any ideas?
