Ask HN: Best way to get project work related to cloud

I am interested to do some part-time freelancing in DevOps, CloudOps, Developer productivity. I am also good at application development and have developed few android + web apps.

Can the community suggest me few websites (no freelancer, upwork, toptal since I already have accounts for almost a year without any luck) or any other methods which I can get contacts?
