Ask HN: Best headset for remote workers?

As a remote worker I like to sometimes work from neighborhood coffee shops, but I need a headset with a microphone that does a good job of filtering out background noise. I'm currently using a basic Microsoft USB headset and it's failing pretty hard in this respect (although it's a great choice in a quiet environment). Any recommendations?
