Ask HN: Are there any AI/ML focus groups/committee for non-researchers AI folks?

Most AI groups that I find are from ACM/ IEEE etc. I work in industry and I do not have much research background but I am looking to join few groups or volunteer in a committee that entertains non-researchers AI practitioners? Are there any such groups?
