Ask HN: What do PM’s and business folks feel about open source?

Developers seem to like open source software and enjoy both using it and contributing back.

If you are a product manager or in the business side of things (biz dev, sales etc), do you have an opinion on the increasing availability of high quality open source software? Do you see that as a net positive or negative?
