Ask HN: Anyone here work at RedHat? Do they allow commercial personal projects?

I'm thinking about applying for a job at RedHat.

I suspect however that if I have personal projects then they are entirely owned by RedHat whether or not built on RedHat time and equipment. Is this correct?

Or is it possible to work at RedHat and also have my own closed source commercial projects?
