Transferring to USFCA- how to network?

So I'm transferring to the University of San Francisco, and am hoping to network with some entrepreneurs and programmers my age. I own a couple little websites and am interested in eventually working on a web startup once I formulate a team/partnership. Any suggestions as far the best ways to do this on campus and around the city?
