Ask HN: VCard service with API / self-hosted

Is there something like keybase.io, but instead of keys, they serve fresh vcard info?

This could be useful for contact management. Best if they have an api to download all your contacts fresh and up-to-date vcf files to import in Outlook / gmail / etc
